"He rolled his eyes, but I could see that he was flying- the relief was making us both lightheaded. It was over. Or . . . was it?"
Bella Swan is not being overdramatic. Ever since her arrival in Forks, her life has taken a spiral, and even she can’t tell whether it’s going up or down. Bella once again finds herself in peril as a string of murders and disappearances ravages through Seattle and in search for revenge, a malicious vampire continues her quest, in hopes of killing Bella for Edward leaving her alone in the world. Meanwhile, Bella still has the decision: vampire or werewolf? For all of those who don’t know what I’m saying, Bella has to choose between her love for Edward, or her friendship with Jacob. But, as Bella questions herself, what if Jacob means more than friendship? And Bella still has to wonder if she’ll ever be able to trade her mortality, and possibly her soul, for eternity with Edward.
Eclipse, the third book in Stephenie Meyer’s riveting vampire love saga, captivated my attention and left me wanting more. This is probably one of the best books I have read in my life. I recommend the entire series to women, teens to adults, who love an exciting and addictive read. Eclipse leaves the reader to anticipate solemnly the release of Breaking Dawn.
